The full nozzle has integrated diffuser and optimized inlet ring; the guard grill is aerodynamically optimized in accordance with EN ISO 13857. The profiled blade geometry has winglets at the blade tips; the impeller is made of highly resistant composite material. The EC external rotor motor, guarantees a theoretical nominal service life of at least 40.000 hours of operation; it can be used with all standard power supply networks without any change in air performance. RS485/MODBUS RTU interface; pre-set operating parameters, RFID wireless parameterization, integrated LED status indicator. 2. COATED FINNED PACK HYDRAFINS TM is a brand-new coating that enhances the performance of the adiabatic spray systems. It has been developed by S.r.l. and its benefits have been tested in the (Refrion Climatic Chamber). Compared to a standard hydrophilic paint, the specific chemical composition of HYDRAFINS TM is able to absorb more than twice the amount of water; exploiting the benefits of the latent heat of evaporation even when the water spray system is turned off. In this way the operating costs of water consumption are thus reduced. Moreover, the corrosion resistance is 50% higher than a single-layer polyester coating; this results in an increased operating time in adiabatic mode or in a lower water quality needed by the system. 3. Stainless steel fins PACK When the concentration of aggressive agents and particles in the ambient air is significant, stainless steel fins is an alternative option to a corrosion protection painting. AISI 304 is suitable for installations in industrial atmosphere or in coastal region. AISI 316L is recommended in naval/offshore application and polluted environments. 4. DIGITAL INTELLIBOARD – ADIABATIC WATER SAVING MANAGEMENT Complete management of the system through the most common protocols in HVAC/R applications. Full control with more than 900 parameters available via MODBUS ® from BMS (building management system): standard (MODBUS RS485) and on request (LonWorks ® , BACnet TM , SNMP, Konnex ® ). MODBUS RS485 serial communication protocol for the monitoring and the diagnostics of the parameters of the fans, of the regulator, of the probes (pressure, temperature, humidity) and of the switchboard alarms. Failures and malfunctions are spotted univocally and in detail. When an adiabatic system is present, the controller is able to operate the unit in the best cost-effective method, measuring the make up water flow and the electrical power consumption. The required cooling capacity is achieved by balancing the convention and evaporative cooling and minimizing the operative costs. 5. EXTRACTABLE WATER TANK The water tank is fully extractable for easy maintenance. Due to the evaporation, the electrical conductivity of the recirculation water increase with operating time; when its value increases too much, galvanic corrosion of the finned pack could occour. An electrical conductivity meter (EC meter) measures the electrical conductivity in a solution. and monitor the amount of salts in the water. Should the concentration become too high, all the recirculation water is drained and completely replaced with fresh make-up water. The tank is also provided with UV lamp that sterilize the water in the adiabatic system emitting UV rays lethal to pathogens (including Legionella), providing an alternative effective solution to chemical biocides. 6. H.S.S. CLOSE CIRCUIT Cooling system of the heat exchange surface of the equipment through a direct water atomisation combined with a water distribution system designed for water collection and recirculation. Special water diffusing nozzles atomise the water humidifying and cooling the inlet air; the finned-pack heat exchanger releases its sensible heat to the atomized water increasing the thermal heat exchange of the unit even further, whereas the water consumption is limited to the water evaporated during the adiabatic process. The water and power consumption are thus minimised, resulting in energy ratio maximisation and the possibility to use “free-cooling” applications throughout all the year. 1 1 2 3 4 5 6 6 2018 HIGHLIGHTS

7. STAINLESS STEEL TUBES Stainless steel tubes are the right solution for the industrial applications in the most demanding sectors. The most suitable material for the manufacturing of Ammonia condensers and liquid coolers which work with fluids incompatible with copper or in corrosive environments. AISI 304 is suitable for installations in industrial atmosphere or in coastal region. AISI 316L is recommended in naval/offshore application and polluted environments.

8. The grille on the air intake side, drastically reduces the noise generating disturbances. Excess noise is the result of the inflow of air to a fan being disturbed. Asymmetrical suction conditions, such as the walls of a device being at different distances from the fan, create powerful vortices. In the narrowest areas, these combine to form so-called vortex strings. These turbulences then hit the rotating blades of the fan, generating noise – specifically a broadband noise and additional narrowband, tonal frequency components, known as propeller noise or tonal noise. The vortex strings are split when hitting the grille and considerably weakened as they flow through it. This reduces the sound pressure in the entire frequency range, but particularly the disturbing low frequency tonal range. The result is a considerably lower sound pressure level and a noise which is less disturbing. This means that noise regulations can be complied with more easily and the well-being of people in the direct vicinity is not affected

9. ALUMINUM-MAGNESIUM FINNED PACK The Aluminum-Magnesium alloys possess good resistance to corrosion in marine atmospheres. 8000 alloys, usually employed for their high ductility, contains high amount of Fe, Cu, Mn, Mg, Zn and Si: while this improves the mechanical properties, it reduces corrosion resistance. Conversely, magnesium is the major alloying element in 5xxx series. Magnesium has a lower electrochemical potential than aluminium: its anodic behaviour decreases the degradation rate of the alloy. AlMg fins are available in AlMg2,5 (A5052) and AlMg3 (A5754).
