Important Information: ê Please bring all music on CD (labeled) and necessary props to the dress rehearsal. All material will

be returned after the show. ê Song lyrics MUST be attached to the sign up form for any pre-recorded music being used for any

act. ê All participants must be dressed in the act’s attire for the dress rehearsal.

Dress content must be appropriate for a general audience. ê All acts should be no longer than 2 minutes. ê The show will be recorded for playback on MPTV. (Please be sure to read and sign the consent release below.
