Pulse-cut method100パルスの平均値と R.M.S.から求める。 flat-topのみと全パルス幅での時間領域に分けて評価する。微分方程式から求めた結果と比較する。Brandt氏の方法による結果と比較する。
Long time operation2000パルスの結果からmicro phonicsの影響を評価する。
10,000パルスの結果を用いて評価する(一部)。Q0測定中の長時間データから評価する(最適条件)。Piezoの有り無しでの変化を評価する。1空洞、4空洞、8空洞運転での変化を評価する。
