• Auto setting algorithm equipped with our unique sensingtechnologyAnyone can make the setting optimum for products to be checked,including dry, wet, and aluminum-evaporated film products, with theautomatic setting function allowed by auto setting algorithm.

• Simultaneous 2-frequency magnetization detection methodadoptedHighly sensitive detection of both ferrous and non-ferrous metals isachieved.The auto setting algorithm and the detection method have improveddetection sensitivity by 1 to 3 ranks compared with conventionalmetal detectors (test piece size, in-house comparison).

Metal Detectors must be both highly sensitive and very stable.Anritsu also believes that "Everyone should be able to easily usehigh-performance detection machines". We have developed theDUW series, which adopts a simultaneous 2-frequencymagnetization detection method in the form of "dual wave", tomeet customers' requests “higher sensitivity”. Enhancedsensitivity for both ferrous and non-ferrous metals helps ensurestable detection performance.

Estimated detection sensitivitydisplay

Simultaneous 2-frequency magnetization detection method allows high-sensitivity detection both to ferrous and non-ferrous metal contamination.

• Provided with a function of displaying estimated detectionsensitivity.Once auto setting is completed, estimated sensitivity to ferrous andstainless steel is displayed, which allows you to check detectionsensitivity to the test piece.

Note: The estimated detection sensitivity display does not assure the size of a testpiece that can be detected. Check the detection sensitivity with the test piece.

Easy maintenance• Easy belt adjustment by belt auto-tension mechanism.

• Adopted one-touch attaching/detaching system and direct drivesystem (AW model only), which does not require a drive belt,facilitate maintenance work.
