Our street-level public square features a
rotating calendar of public art installations
and new, seasonal outdoor dining concepts
during the summer months. The winter
months bring The Rink, an alpine-inspired
skating rink with warm drinks and an après
ski-inspired menu.
The Standard Grill invokes a feeling of old New York with
a floor laminated in real copper pennies, cozy curved booths, a
barrel vaulted ceiling, and old tram benches filling in the core.
The streetside bistro with café curtains and a white oak bar is the perfect place to try a specialty cocktail or fresh oysters and charcuterie, while the open kitchen, with its elegant canopy of a copper hood, sits at the back of the raucous salon in the main dining room.
The menu is a blend of traditional meat market chop houses with New American Grill sen-sibilities, utilizing the freshest of market ingredients and a wide array of local purveyors. The food is straight forward and accessible, and the cooking emphasizes traditional technique and contemporary flavors. The classics have been updated and perfected.
THE STANDARD GRILL
STANDARD QUEEN When you have floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall windows looking out into the kaleidoscope of the big city, what else do you really need? Well, the 250-square-foot Standard Queen offers a seriously comfy queen-size bed with fancy linens, a working/dining/lounging alcove, and a rain shower and tub with big city views. Cozy hooded robes, large down pillows, a Bluetooth speaker, and an overstocked minibar come standard, naturally.
What’s “superior”, exactly? A higher floor (11-17) means a better, even more breathtaking view. As you might expect, the 250-square-foot Superior King offers a super comfy king-size bed, a working/eating/relaxing alcove, a full wall of floor-to-ceiling windows, and a rain shower and tub with natural light and a sightline onto the city. Cozy hooded robes, very fancy linens, extra-large towels, big fluffy pillows, a Bluetooth speaker, an overstocked minibar, and a full wall of floor-to-ceiling windows come standard, naturally.
Bigger bed. Bigger room. The 250-square-foot Standard King offers
a super comfy king-size bed with very fancy linens, a working/eating/lounging alcove, a rain shower and tub with natural light, and a big city view. Cozy hooded robes, extra-large towels, big
down pillows, a Bluetooth speaker, and a full wall of floor-to-ceiling windows come standard,
naturally.
STANDARD KING
SUPERIOR KING
The 270-square-foot Deluxe King is larger than the Standard King,
and faces south for exceptional views of the mighty Hudson
River. It also features a bathtub in addition to a rain shower, a
larger work/eat/relaxing alcove, and super comfy king-size bed. Cozy hooded robes, extra-large
towels, big down pillows, a Bluetooth speaker, and a full wall of floor-to-ceiling windows come
standard, of course.
DELUXE KING
The 230-square-foot Deluxe Queen is roughly the same size as The Standard Queen, but features a slightly different layout and even more exceptional southern views of the downtown skyline and the mighty Hudson River. There’s a full wall of floor-to-ceiling windows, a super comfy queen-size bed, a drenching rain shower and tub with city views*, and a working/dining alcove. Cozy hooded robes, fancy linens, big down pillows, and a Bluetooth speaker come standard, naturally.

DELUXE QUEEN
CORNER KING “Corner” because it’s a corner room, and “king” because that’s what you’ll feel like. These spacious 300+-square-foot rooms offer a separate bathroom with a rain shower, some with an additional oversized freestanding tub, and all with their own full wall of windows. The main room has a super comfy king-size bed, a working/eating/relaxing alcove that seats four to five, and two full walls of floor-to-ceiling windows. Cozy hooded robes, fancy linens, extra-long towels, and a Bluetooth speaker come standard, naturally.
Our most in-demand room type, you’d be hard-pressed to find an inch of the 400-square-feet that
doesn’t have an uninterrupted view through three walls of floor-
to-ceiling glass. The Hudson Studio is perched over the majestic Hudson River with Gotham in every
direction. There’s an oversized freestanding tub, an all-glass rain
shower—both with ideal sunset views—a large working/dining
alcove, and a super cozy king-size bed.
HUDSON STUDIO
Every inch of this spacious, top-floor 875-square-foot suite was custom made to bring out you and your guests’ most spirited selves. There are two living rooms—one with a fully-stocked wet bar, dining room table for four, powder room, and shag carpet. The second sitting area has two deep leather sofas that look onto the Empire State Building. The Empire Suite bedroom has a super comfy king-size bed and an unnecessarily oversized shower. Of course, stunning views, very fancy sheets, and a top-of-the-line sound system come standard, naturally.
EMPIRE SUITE
A wood-paneled adult playground, the spacious Liberty Suite features
a seven-foot round platform bed, a teacup bathtub for two, and
huge views of the Hudson River and downtown Manhattan through walls and walls of floor-to-ceiling
windows. The 575-square-foot suite is also decked out with
carpeted platform lounging areas, a dining area for six, a fully-
stocked wet bar, an adjoining separate bedroom, and a large
walk-in rain shower for two. Vive la Liberty!
