The frame materials used are tropical hardwood, are kiln dried wood, polished and de-wormed, humidity controlled 10 to 13%.

All our sofa frames are glued, stapled and braced for the ultimate in strength and long lasting life.

Stress points are corner blocked, glued stapled and also braced along with a fi rm webbed seat suspension.

PROCESSES:

Our quality leather hides only have only had the hair removed from the hide and the grain remains in its natural state. This procedure allows the best fi bre strength, resulting in greater durability. The wear and quality of the leather is supreme.

The natural Full Grain leather surface will wear better than other leather. Rather than wearing out, it will develop a natural

Our Nappa Hides are the fi nest raw material with no treatment such as sanding buffi ng or snuffi ng with no imperfections removed - this ensures the most authentic fi nish for Nappa Leathers.
