MTH PUMPS High Head, Low Flow Regenerative Turbine Pumps

All MTH Pump’s regenerative-turbine pumps can be used for Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) applica-tions as they can handle up to 20% entrained vapor to create fine microbubbles that cling to parti-cles and lift them to the top for skimming.

As the vapor mixes with the water, the vapor is sheared by the regenerative turbine pump’s impeller vanes until the vapor leaves the pump as a fine mist of bubbles.

The final result is a floating foam mix-ture of water, vapor, and particles that can be skimmed off the top of the tank, so materials can be removed or reclaimed for further use, cleaning up the wastewater at the same time.
