IN As the vapor mixes with the water, the vapor is sheared by the regenerative turbine pump’s impeller vanes until the vapor leaves the pump as a fine mist of bubbles. All MTH Pump’s regenerative-turbine pumps can be used for Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) applica-tions as they can handle up to 20% entrained vapor to create fine microbubbles that cling to parti-cles and lift them to the top for skimming.
