GEOGRAPHIC DESCRIPTION The two (2) parcels, referred to as Hibiscus Crossing and Seven Oaks and totaling 36± acres, are located in West Melbourne, Florida but borders Melbourne, Florida on two sides. The property is a heavily wooded hammock of mature Live Oak and Laurel Oak trees covering well drained soils of Myakka and Eau Gallie Sand, ideal for construction. The site is relatively flat at an approximate elevation of 20-25 feet N.A.V.D. with no wetlands and direct off-site storm water drainage via the M-1 Canal.
