HYPER ISLAND creative task

I had scarcely begun reading the creative task when I immediately realized that this topic was the one that could actually give me a broad range of opportunities to do a good job. The point is I represent one of the most conservative and intol-erant countries in Europe. Actually, there are nu-merous inequalities here: gay rights, access to elections for oppositionists, small businesses rights, private property protection etc.

But for me the most significant flaw here is free-dom of speech. Plenty of malcontent newspapers and online resources have been closed by state of-ficials under fabricated pretexts while leading journalists have been persecuted recently.So, while the current government is going to rule forever, we need to invent new ways to provide Russians with qualitative and precise information.

1) Everybody shall be guaranteed the freedom of ideas and speech.2) The freedom of mass communication shall be guaranteed. Censorship shall be banned.

But in fact things are going the opposite way.Roskomnadzor traces unwanted publications andauthors and tries to find a way to block them.So, my idea is to Create an online media, that would provide its contributors a safe way to post news and articles. So, here we come to the point that all messages should be encrypted with alter-native IP addresses. At the same time online ser-vice should be established in EU (Latvia or Estonia are the options) to get out of the Roskomnadzor zone.
