New Diagnoses, Search Tips for ICD-10 Codes- Touchworks Clinical Tip of the Week: Purpose: To demonstrate several options to locate new diagnoses.

1. View by Specialty- Contains Top 50 Assessed Diagnoses 2. Search for Problems by 3 variables

3. View primary and Secondary Diagnosis Descriptions: right click on Dx, select Diagnosis Description

4. Access Clinical Qualifier: click on next to Dx, select pertinent terms in the boxes to narrow Dx options.
