transform the mind. These texts have their source in the sutras

and the other teachings of the Buddha himself, but their special

virtue is that they convey the thought of the Buddha in a

format that is easy to apply in actual practice.

His Holiness the Dalai Lama will bestow

teachings on eighteen classic Jangchup

Lamrim commentaries at the request of H.E.

Ling Choktrul Rinpoche and Gaden Shartse

Monastery. These teachings will take place at

Gaden, Drepung and Sera, the three great

Tibetan Monastic Universities. This series of

teachings began in 2012 in Gaden and

Drepung, and will continue at Sera Monastery

in 2013.
