The most devastating pl ight of some people is that even though they are aware of and yet unable to change their pl ight for the better, there are few who actually know how to assist them to successfully transform their l ives for the better.

To give hope to these people, let’s join and pull our ef for ts, energies, and resources together ( in one activity) to assist these people to produce honest , compassionate , and ef fective leaders they deserve to succeed—star ting from Akatsi in Ghana to ALL of Africa.

At the HFLA, our primary goal is to develop the human factor. The human factor is:

The spectrum of personality characteristics and other dimensions of human performance that enable social, economic, and political institutions to function and remain functional over time (Adjibolosoo, 1995, p. 33).

Our tool is Transformational Development Education (TDE).To Adjibolosoo (2007) ,“TDE aims at the creation of a conducive and propell ing environment within which the positive qualit ies of the human factor can be honed.” (Unpublished)
