Heywood Sports Village has facilities available for a wide rangeof indoor sports, including badminton, bowls, cricket, tennis,basketball, netball and table tennis.

Outdoor Artificial Turf Pitches (ATPs) at Heywood provide a firstclass training facility for a variety of team sports. Full size and7-a-side pitches available (floodlit) with new team and officialschanging facilities.

Group & Block BookingsFacilities available for daytime, evening and weekend use forcasual, group and school bookings. 10 week block bookings areavailable on request, with full payment at time of booking required.Pre-booking essential.

How to BookBook and pay online, 24 hours a day at at www.link4lifeolb.org - not currently available for junior bookings. When booking in person or by phone, payment must be made at the same time to secure thebooking. Bookings can be made up to 7 days in advance. Whereclosing times are given this indicates the end of the final session ofthe day.

Equipment HireBadminton racquets, table tennis bats and balls are available forhire. Shuttlecocks are available to buy. Ask for details of equipmentavailable on sale.

Link4Life Aquatics provides a full and varied pool programme thatoffers a mixture of fitness and fun with sessions for children andfamilies, over 50s, women only and people with disabilities.

Where to find usHeywood Sports Village is located two minutes from Heywood town centre with convenient bus services to Bury, Rochdale and Manchester. By car, Heywood is approx five minutes from the M62 (Junction 19).

AccessHeywood Sports Village is fully accessible to all public areas with lift to the upper floor. Customers are invited to discuss any special needs. There is free on-site parking for 200 cars with disabled and family parking bays available. Car park access is from West Starkey Street.
