IT’S SWEET TO BE SAFE!

We’re doing the following to create a safe environment: • The Hershey’s Chocolate World team is thoroughly cleaning the building after-hours and throughout the day to prepare for your arrival • We have taken steps to reduce the total capacity of our building to help maintain safe social distancing • Food will be open with a “best of” take-out menu and increased safety measures • Our retail shop will be open with increased safety measures

When You Arrive: Guest Safety Requirements We also have new safety requirements for our guests to ensure continued community health.

Your access to our building is contingent on following our guest safety guidelines. Our safety precautions are in place to ensure the continued health and safety of our guests, employees and our community. Hershey’s Chocolate World Attraction is private property and therefore reserves the right to prevent your entry and/or escort you off our property if you’re not willing or able to comply with our new safety requirements.

1. YOU MUST WEAR A FACE MASK OVER YOUR NOSE AND MOUTH AT ALL TIMES 2. WE REQUIRE OUR GUESTS TO MAINTAIN A SAFE SOCIAL DISTANCE OF AT LEAST SIX FEET

• We require all guests to wear a face mask at all times. Please prepare to wear masks over your nose and mouth while inside Hershey’s Chocolate World • We now require all our guests to maintain a safe social distance of at least six feet when in our building. Please pay attention and follow floor markings and signs that will help you maintain appropriate distances

When Inside • The Hershey’s Chocolate World team is continuously cleaning all high-touch areas frequently throughout the day • We have installed hand-sanitizing stations throughout the building • We encourage guests to use touchless payment when checking out • All food items have been converted to “take-out” packaging for increased safety • Look for our new Safety Ambassadors who will be available to answer your questions and address concerns • We now have a separate building entrance and exit to maintain a safe traffic flow

ShoppingOur Retail shop will be operating with increased safety measures: • Updated queue lines to maintain social distancing, including a dedicated employee who will help direct all guests in the checkout lanes • Plexiglass in front of all registers, and added protective film on all credit card processing systems • Frequent cleaning of register areas, shopping carts and baskets as well as the retail floor • Guests are encouraged to make use of Hershey’s Chocolate World’s contactless payment option Take-Out Treats Food will be open with a “best of” take-out menu and increased safety measures: • Converted all food items to “take-out” packaging for increased safety • No dining in our store

Exiting Hershey’s Chocolate World • You will exit through separate doors from where you entered
