DUTIES: Conducted research and studies on potential ideas for projects. Designed multiple concepts on thepotential theme of events.Created concept presentation for clients to narrow direction of design and scopeusing branding guidelines. Built “basic kit of parts” (BKOP) of designs to ensure consistency throughoutconcept, presentation, and final. Participated in phone meetings with NHL, CFP, NBA, and MLS clients. Conducted various site surveys (Washington D.C., Oakland, San Jose) of arenas to measure, report, and predictscope and cost of projects. Sketched architectural drawings while on survey to ensure accuracy ofmeasurements and composed notes specific to certain areas of stadium. Digitally drew baselines in AdobeIllustrator with AutoCAD tools in both elevation and plan views with measurements conducted at site surveys.Used photos take during site surveys to “color-box” various locations for potential treatment of design andorganized into multiple presentations for clients to bid on exact treatment areas. Created installationdocuments for on-site installers to ensure specific order and requirements were met. Articulated specificsubstrate, attachment method, finishing, and specific CMYK/Pantone color codes and collated productionfiles in various layers for facilities to reduce margin of error. Specific projects worked on: 2015 BridgestoneNHL Winter Classic, Allstate Sugar Bowl, San Jose Earthquakes, Golden State Warriors.
