HOUSE prices fell for the fifthmon th in a row durin g November, by 0.9 per cent in theWest Midlands region, researchhas shown.
The average cost of a home inEngland and Wales fell 0.8 percent to stand at 155,000, follow-i n g a 0 . 9 p e r c e n t d r o p i nOctober, said property intelli-gence group Hometrack.
