Submit your academic record book (សសៀវសៅសិក្ខា គារកិ) and 2 photos

(4cm*6cm, white background) to the Ministry of Education, Youth and

Sport(MoEYS) on 2 October. MoEYS will make the official transcript in

English and send it to the Embassy.

2 All candidates

Submit your graduation certificate of high school to MoEYS on 2

October. MoEYS will make the official certificate in English and send it

to the Embassy.

3 All candidates

Take the medical check which MoEYS arranges on 2 October. After you

take the medical check, MoEYS will send the Medical certificate to the

Embassy.

Submit 1 original and 2 copies to the Embassy directly.
