The Story So FarHercules married Princess Megara and they had several children. But happiness soon ended for Hercules and his family, as Hera decided to torment him once more. Taking control of Hercules, she drove him into a fit of madness, making him kill his family. Because of this, Hercules fell into a depression from the guilt of killing his own family. Eventually, he went to an oracle (who was under the influence of Hera, unbeknownst to him) that convinced him to serve under King Eurystheus, his arch-nemesis, which in turn, would give him immortality.
