$ 28.00 Blend 48% Chardonnay, 14% Sauvignon Blanc, 12% Grenache Blanc, 12% Viognier, 8% Marsanne, 4% Roussanne, 2%

2012 White Rock Chardonnay
$23 (92 pts Wine Advocate) - $ 30.67 White Rock’s 2012 Chardonnay is a classy effort displaying good minerality along with hints of poached pears, white
peaches, quince and a touch of apple butter. Medium-bodied, fresh, complex and impeccably well-balanced, it displays impressive craftsmanship. Drink it over the next 4-5 years.
2011 Hendry/HRW Cabernet Sauvignon $ 22.67
18 months in French Oak barrels, 10% of which were new. The remaining barrels were 1 and 2-year-old barrels used in our estate Cabernet program. 2011 produced a wine with dark, smoky aromas. The dark fruit flavors contrast with
savory, herbal and peppercorn notes. Moderate oak influence, and enough tannic “grip” to please most Cab lovers. A versatile wine for barbecues or weeknight dinners.
2012 Orin Swift Abstract $ 28.40 // Magnum $ 73.34
Abstract is a blend of Napa, Sonoma, and Mendocino Grenache, Petite Sirah, and Syrah primarily from hillside vineyards. Aged 10 months in new and seasoned French oak.
2012 Biale Black Chicken Zinfandel $ 40.67 // Magnum $ 105.34
Along with the eggs and produce a teenaged Aldo began discreetly selling his homemade wine to a few wine-loving Napans. Because his rural home phone was a “party line” frequented by nosy eavesdroppers, enterprising Aldo used a code name whereby his customers could order wine without the risk of revealing his secret Zinfandel operation. Thus “Black Chicken” was born – the nickname for a jug of homemade wine from young Aldo’s barrels hidden in the barn.
