BRIDAL HENNA SERVICES ADDITIONAL INFORMATION● Please note that when I provide my availability for a date, I can not guarantee that I will be available for the same date/time if it takes you some time

to confirm from your end. There are numerous inquiries for the same date (especially dates around long weekends etc.) and as a result, confirming a

booking for a specific date/time will be based on a first come-first serve basis.

● It is recommended that henna be done 2-3 days before the day of the event to ensure the darkest color.

● Please dress in comfortable clothing during the process, especially if you’re choosing to go with the Sunheri or the Maharani bridal package. Here’s

some helpful suggestions for your mehndi night outfit:

○ Capri salwar or a suit with leggings

○ Short length lehengas/skirt with a embroidered crop-top

● If you have hired a photographer,, discuss with your artist when the photographer should arrive. It is best to book the photographer ¾ time into your

booked mehndi slot. If you’ve chosen a package that’ll take 4 hours to complete and have booked for noon, have the photographer arrive by 3-3:30pm.

This will ensure you can some in-action shots of your mehndi being done as well as some full, individual shots. It’s your call!

● It is highly recommended and suggested that bridal henna be done in a calm and stress-free environment. We understand that weddings can be hectic

and our goal is simply to ensure that the day of the henna application is the one day you can relax and be worry-free. Less distractions will also allow

your artist to work in a timely manner.

● Comfortable seating is also another important factor to consider. Benches and other fancy seating arrangements look great for pictures but aren’t so

practical to sit on while having your mehndi done. The best option would be to sit in a comfortable sofa/chair with armrest.

● Travel fee: Any location beyond 15 kilometers from the studio will include a travel fee of round-trip mileage at $0.35/km.

PARTY HENNA SERVICES ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONStandard guest henna at weddings is typically 5 minutes per guest (12/hour). This allows for each person to get a unique, traditional, but relatively simple design on one

hand/one side. The pricing is as follow; $90/hour for the lead artist (Divya) and $80/hour for every additional artist/assistants. *The pricing mentioned below is

calculated for assistants, not the lead artist. Based on the lead artist’s availability and on special request, she may be able to take party bookings. If this happens to be the

case, there will be an additional $10/hour for each hour booked.*

Here’s a way to help you plan your party henna services package based on your guest count:

● up to 24 guests: 2 hours with 1 artist ($160)

● 25-36 guests: 3 hours with 1 artist ($240)

● 37-48 guests: 4 hours with 1 artist, or 2 hours with 2 artists ($320)

● 49-60 guests: 5 hours with 1 artist, or 2.5 hours with 2 artists ($400)

● 61-72 guests: 3 hours with 2 artists, or 2 hours with 3 artists ($480)

● If you have 72+ guests, just add additional hours to the party package and calculate accordingly.

If you would like to allow your guests to get two sides done, calculate double the number of guests. For example, if you have up to 24 guests and want each guest to get

the option of having two sides done, calculate time/artist needed for about 48 guests. If you have up to 24 guests and from that number, you have close/family

bridesmaids (roughly 5) wanting to get two sides done, calculate for about 19 + 10 = 30 guests (3 hours with 1 artist).

If a simple design takes about 5 minutes to complete, a design of more/double intricacy will take 10-15 minutes/side to complete. Close friends, family, and members of

the wedding party who the bride wishes get something with a little more coverage obviously take longer and special arrangements with time need to be made to ensure

there is time for them.

Travel fee: Any location beyond 15 kilometers from the studio will include a travel fee of round-trip mileage at $0.35/km. Travel fee will only apply as a one-time fee.

For example, if the bride has booked both bridal + party henna services, travel fee will only be charged once.
