We make sure that all our fish is from sustainable resources, including new varieties such as Hake, Pollock and Coley to relieve the pressure on the more popular variety such as cod.

All our equipment : fryers, fridges and freezers etc are all A rated energy efficient with a policy to replace all lighting with energy efficient lighting. No appliance is left on overnight or for any long period, or on stand by position.
