GOAL STATEMENT

The Sports and Entertainment Marketing course is designed to give students an opportunity to explore the various facets of sports, entertainment, and recreational marketing and the dynamic impact they have on society. It will show the strategies used to market these industries and the tremendous profit potential for all. The field of sports and entertainment marketing is rapidly growing with many colleges, universities, and high schools offering it as an area of specialization. This high school level course is designed to introduce students to the basic concepts as well as the wealth of opportunities in this new, exciting career option. During this course, the students will:
