� Individual Quotation for all mentioned products - Reference No. VM/mms/7911 C,

Theoretical spreading rate (TSR) expressed as square metres per litre when applied at uniform film

thickness on a smooth, non-porous substrate are given for guidance only. A consumption factor

should be added and calculated to your own experience when using these products.

No allowance has been made in this quotation for dead volume and/or consumption factor. The

practical consumption may be expected somewhat higher, depending on the actual conditions during

applications.

Please read the technical product data sheets, which are already in your possession and use them in

conjunction with the attached specification. Your attention is also drawn to the negative implications

of using alternative thinners to those indicated on the product information sheets.

Prices: The prices quoted are in Qatari Riyals net and not subject to any further discount,

supplied in containers of Hempel standard and, where applicable in the colours

quoted. These prices include delivery to your designated location in the State of

Qatar.

Validity: This offer, subject to Hempel's General Conditions of Sale, Delivery and Service, is

valid for acceptance up to and including 01st May 2013, Thereafter, subject to our

receipt of your total written order together with a predetermined delivery schedule,

the prices will remain firm for deliveries till the 01st July 2013.

Hempel Paints (Qatar) WLL will make every effort to maintain the litre prices in this

quotation for the duration of the project. In the event of substantial increases in our

raw material costs we reserve the right to increase our prices accordingly. Any such

price increase will be mutually agreed and based upon the BEAMA Index.

If a mutually acceptable price increase cannot be agreed, each party has the right to

terminate the contract for this project giving a notice period of one (1) month

Payment Terms of payment applicable to this offer are to be agreed.

Orders Local purchase orders, letters or faxes are accepted prior to delivery.

Availability The products listed are available ex stock, subject to prior sale, in which case delivery

can be effected within 3-5 working days of your official written order.

Manufacturer The products listed are Made in Qatar by Hempel Paints (Qatar) WLL at our factory

premises located at Road 16, Block 96, Salwa Industrial Estate.

Oil, grease, form oil or waxes and similar to beremoved by emulsion cleaning or flame cleaning. When the surface is dry: Laitance layer to be removed by disc sanding, high pressure water cleaning usingabrasives, high pressure water jetting (450 bar) or abrasive sweep blasting to a strong and hard concrete surface free from any laitance, dust, plaster, paint residuesor other contamination.

When the paint is dry, sweep up surplus grit and apply a second coat of HEMPAFLOOR MASTIC FC458If the surface exposed to sun for ultra violet protection, Hempel recommend two coat of HEMPAFLOOR DECKTHANE FC552 at 25µ of each coat over the secondcoat of HEMPAFLOOR MASTIC FC458.
