Because Hemp is on schedule 1 FDIC banks will not open a bankaccount. To solve this, Diverse Investment Corporation is form as aholding company for HEMP VOICE® INC and will control theaccounting necessary for all the projects until Hemp is removed fromschedule 1 or the law allows FDIC bank accounts for Hemp.
