Primary and the most common component of almost all cosmetic products is water (80-90%). When pure and fresh, water is the source of health, as well as the most convenient environment for growth of bacteria and other harmful microorganisms, which may alter its healing properties and make it a health-hazard. This is why we add chlorine to our drinking water, this is why we have to boil water before giving it to babies, and this is why cosmetic products containing water need to contain different synthetic preservatives and other chemicals for the purpose of eliminating all microorganisms potentially leading to spoiling of the cosmetic products. The above mentioned is, of course, useful for the products, but not for the organism, since it accumulates and deposits all these toxins.

Products containing water, in addition to preservatives, also contain different types of emulsifiers, enabling incorporation of water with other “fatty” components. These are identified by three-digit numbers, preceded by letter E on the labels. Meanwhile, the World Health Organization annually expands the list of the forbidden ingredients, being identified as unsafe for human health.

Hemel products contain no water, and, therefore, there is no need for adding any chemical substance, while the necessary hydration level is maintained through applying products to wet skin.

Centre for healthy living „Hemel resort“ represents the culmination of the work and development of HEMEL system and an outstanding potential for success in global market. The resort consists of a five star hotel (the only one in Zlatibor), complex of 120 apartments and ethno village with luxury, massive wooden houses. The entire complex is the first five-star centre for weight loss and detoxification in Europe. It is located in an area of over 3 acres (30 000 m2) at about 1,000 meters above sea level. Being a natural oasis, the centre is surrounded by trees, offering a brilliant view of the two highest Zlatibor tops - Tornik and Čigota.

At the very location of the site, there is a spring of high quality mountain water. This water contains 140 mg of dry residue (optimal amount is 120 to 180 mg), high levels of calcium and magnesium in the ideal 2:1 ratio, low amount of sodium, which makes this water one of the most curative ones. Apartments and luxury wooden houses for sale participate in the functioning of the centre. They are located in separate facilities surrounding the hotel. After the purchase, future owners of apartments/houses can rent their apartments/houses through the hotel service, 365 days/year, without any engagement in the renting process. The hotel itself offers only 40 beds, whereas the capacity of the related facilities of the complex is 460 people/day, the difference compensated by renting of the sold apartments and wooden houses. This way, the owners of these apartments/houses achieve outstanding return on investment, the fact that makes this real estate the most profitable in Serbia.

Owners of the apartments can use some 40 m2 of infrastructure space (parking space, own external access staircase, the corresponding part of the yard, front yard of the apartment) free of charge, whereas the owners of the wooden houses can also use the corresponding part of the yard in the surface two times the square footage of the house They can also use hotel amenities (pools, gym, fitness...) free of charge.
