OverviewThis proposal is the starting point to having a powerful and effective social marketing strategy,

funnel build outs in InfusionSoft, and Machine automation in place for your company. We all

know people are going online to make decisions. In order to be successful in your promotions of

your four websites, you must have a solid digital marketing plan that is always working for you,

to move your future members along the path that ends with them joining your sites. This

proposal will cover the starting points of a solid social marketing strategy and funnel build out

for all four sites.

Working For YouWebsite DesignWhy are websites important?

Market share: The reality is that our customers turn to the web to check out business.

ComScore's surveys say 93% of business purchase decisions start with an online search. So if

you don't have a website, chances are you are missing over 90% of possible customers that are

looking for help right now.

Perception of a stability and availability: We might not like it but the perception of our work,

whether true or not, affects our leads. If people can't check you out online then there is a

perception that you aren't necessarily a reliable, current, or dependable business.

The Opportunity to Get in Front of Your Ideal Customer: Online advertising offers the ability

to target your advertising spend to a very specific customer and know if they are responding.

Website building or rebuild: We use the WordPress platform and design responsive sites with

the goal of capturing leads for your business. So your site will work on desktop, tablet, or other

mobile devices. We work in WordPress because it is SEO friendly and you can easily change the

content yourself if you wish to self-manage.

It's critical to make sure your new design is built for success with digital marketing. We'll work

Getting You TrafficBuild it and they will come … or not.

Unfortunately, the most beautiful website will not get you leads if it does not have traffic flowing

to it. Just the way the corner store needs foot traffic; your website needs online traffic. So we

work with you to identify, locate, and funnel that traffic where you need it most.

WHAT WE DO:

There are two forms of traffic online.

Organic traffic is acquired through SEO (search engine optimization), which means we set up

signals both on your site pages and off your site page (on shared sites or social platforms, etc) to

let the search engines, like Google & Bing, know where you are and that you have valuable

information to give to their customers. The rules around what the search engine consider

valuable changes daily and we work with a multi-pronged approach to minimize the effects of

these changes. This process takes 6 to 12 months to see solid results, but they can last far

beyond the end of those campaigns. We recommend this for long-term foundation building.

Paid Traffic is acquired through paying for traffic through advertising on search (Google) or

social (Facebook) platforms. The advantage of paid traffic is you can start seeing results in weeks

instead of months. The results only last for as long as you are advertising. We recommend this

for new businesses with no customer base or businesses having short-term specials or looking

for a certain number of leads per month.

Why Social Media?Social networks are the ideal platforms for marketing your brand, engaging with customers,

creating brand loyalty and referrals.

In the past few years, consumers have increasingly used social media platforms to search for

businesses.

Your current and prospective members are searching your business in social networks. Without

an online presence in these networks, you fail to gain member loyalty and also lose potential

leads. Social media optimization will help you gain potential member leads, nurture and retain

current members, and create a loyal following.

In terms of customer acquisition, LinkedIn leads at 62%, followed by Facebook and Twitter at

WHAT WE DO:

We work through an ideal customer process to identify who we should be speaking to (an avatar)

and once that is complete our team researches where this ideal customer would be spending

their time online.

Our team, then creates a campaign designed to answer a problem that your have the answer for.

This campaign will likely start with an offer to get them into your funnel and then it will trigger

the automated follow up we will design for you in Active Campaign. We do this so even those

that do not immediately buy from you will have the opportunity to buy later. The difference

between online marketing that has so so results to one that has great results is the follow up

that you put in place to funnel them back into a buying cycle.

EXPECTATIONS:

One of the biggest problems with online marketing is that marketing companies set false

expectations of results, and that most business owners are desperate to have results

immediately.
