If not, type in www.btwifi.com Buy wi-fi access, use the free wi-fi (if it’s available) or log in with a BT Broadband, mobile provider or roaming partner username and password Customers are logged out of BT Wi-fi after 15 minutes of inactivity. Different ways to get onlineBuy a voucher

If an international wi-fi provider has a roaming agreement with BT, then its customers can use BT Wi-fi hotspots in the UK and Ireland. Charges depend on the customer’s wi-fi provider. If customers have a wi-fi client like BT MobileXpress or iPass they can also use that to connect to BT Wi-fi.

How to promote BT Wi-fi to your customersWe’ll help you promote your hotspot, with:

• Stickers for windows, walls and till points• Quick guides in holders• Table top information cards

• For general help with your wi-fi service, or to order new marketing materials email [email protected] or give us a call at any time on Freephone 0808 100 0656*. If you’re outside the UK, the number is +44 20 7799 1595**.

• To order paper vouchers call Freephone 0800 48 48 44 (choose option 3, then option 1) or email [email protected].

• If you’re offering a free service then you can change the password and set email reminders at www.btwifi.com/extranet.

• If your customers are having problems and want to contact us, please tell them to email [email protected] or call us on Freephone 0800 022 3322*. If they want to call from overseas then the number is +44 132 556 0841**. The helpdesk is open 24/7 for technical support. For billing questions it’s open 9am-5.30pm UK time weekdays, excluding UK bank and public holidays.

* Calls to this number are free from BT landlines and BT payphones. They’re not free to call from mobile phones - the cost will depend on your service provider.** This international number is charged at your telephone provider's international call rates.
