That’s why we provide a variety of offerings, to ensure that your loved one’s memorial is exactly right. Family and friends need a chance to come together and remember the person they’ve lost. We have services to fit every budget. We have a Celebrant on staff to work with you to create a meaningful ceremony in keeping with the wishes, beliefs, cultural background, and values, both religious and non-religious, of your loved one and family.

It’s never easy, but saying goodbye is a natural and healthy part of the grieving process. At Baue Funeral Homes, this can take place in a number of ways. From a more traditional ceremony joined by all of your loved ones, to a private, meaningful service with your immediate family.Regardless of how you want to say goodbye, our professional staff is ready to serve.

We know that some families who choose cremation are budget conscious, that is why we offer financial savings for those who choose Baue and St. Charles Memorial Gardens for both their services and memorialization. (Please see your director for more information)

Choosing a Final Resting Place

Following the service and the cremation process, there are several options for choosing a peaceful, final resting place, including: Burial – St. Charles Memorial Gardens offers both traditional and unique burial options including private estates, personalized benches, cremation gardens and a walkway with beautiful landscaping and lakeside views. Niche & Crypt – Our beautiful cemetery offers many above ground choices including crypts, niches, columbariums and other customized choices. Scattering – We offer scattering with the option to memorialize on the Wall of Memories or with a bronze butterfly in our Seeds of Hope Garden. Home – Keeping in your private residence or garden. Memorial plaques and garden options available. Keepsake – Personalized jewelry and photo frames can hold a portion of cremated remains, serving as an additional way to memorialize.

Cremation Choices

Choosing cremation offers several choices for service and memorialization. Our caring and professional staff will help guide you to determine the type of event that would be most meaningful to you, your family, and friends.• Do you prefer to offer friends and extended family the opportunity to say goodbye and offer their love and support with a public visitation, memorial gathering, or graveside service? • Do you prefer to conduct ceremonial services in our chapel, at a church, at a unique venue, or outdoors in a beautiful setting such as our cemetery, St. Charles Memorial Gardens? • If family and friends are coming from a great distance, we offer a private time for all of you to be together prior to your service and cremation.Whatever your preference, our dedicated staff will work one-on-one with you to create an appropriate tribute.
