DUXLER COMPLETE AUTO CARE IS NOW HEART CERTIFIED AUTO CARE
New Name with the Same Excellent Staff and Service
Evanston, Ill. (June 22, 2017) –Duxler Complete Auto Care, a Chicago area leader in car repair and automotive services, announced today that the company is now HEART Certified Auto Care. The new name reflects their commitment to family values that is intertwined with their dedication to treating customers with compassion and respect at every step of their experience with automotive maintenance and repairs. HEART is an acronym for Helping Everyone Achieve Reliable Transportation. "Our name is the approach. We are passionate about serving our customers through empathy, efficiency and expertise," said Brian Moak, founder and owner of HEART Certified Auto Care. “We want to build off our traditions established during the past 93 years and move forward in the technical era to change how auto service is delivered. We are doubling down on love with twice the warranty, which means two years or 24,000 miles of coverage. We’re providing a roadmap with long term planning for our customers’ cars. Our approach combines old fashioned service with expert technicians to give our customers honest, genuine advice and same day service. We’ve adopted what we believe are the best practices in our industry, and we’re taking service and care to the next level.” Transparency and efficiency in all repairs HEART is establishing a new system to create complete transparency in auto care. All issues are photographed to show customers exactly why repairs are recommended. The new system is designed to provide all the information needed to make informed decisions about auto care. In addition, alerts will be sent to customers when service is due as reminders. HEART’s efficiency is highly unusual in the auto repair industry. Even with complicated repairs, HEART can provide same day service to reduce inconvenience to customers. With complimentary loaner vehicles, HEART goes the extra mile to make sure their customers are taken care of with as little disruption to their lives as possible. The three HEART Certified Auto Care facilities are located in Northbrook, Wilmette, and Evanston, Ill. at the original Duxler operations. The first location in Evanston was founded in 1924; all three have always been family owned and operated. There will be no changes in personnel in order to continue serving their customers with the same high level of expertise and attentiveness that they were accustomed to receiving at Duxler. Plans for national expansion The three Chicago area locations will serve as test sites for launching a nationwide franchise organization in 2018. The company’s culture of caring about their customers and helping them with their automotive maintenance and repair needs is intended to grow across the U.S. as the number of franchise locations increases.
