INTRODUCTION

Search System is developed for Registration Department to carry on following facilities:--

Searching of indexes

There are number of purposes for which the searching of registered deeds/documents are required. Indexing is done in four ways- Index I, Index II, index III and index IV. Indexes have a different number of columns interconnected with some common attributes like Deed No, Year, Book No and Page No. Searching is done on the basis of columns like Party name, Father’s name for Index I and Mauja name, Khata No., Plot No. etc. for Index II.

Issue of Non encumbrance Certificate

Non encumbrance certificate is a type of property clearance certificate issued denoting the property to be free from any encumbrance. This is one of the major services provided by any Registration office after receiving a nominal fee from the applicant.

Issue of Certified Copy of Documents

Certified copy is the stamped and certified copy of any registered Deed/Document which is issued from the department after receiving the required fee from the applicant.

1.1 LOGIN The login page is the first page asking for User name & Password to log into the system. Users have to enter the details in the page. If either of the entries is incorrect the user will not be allowed to enter the system.

• To log into the system, click on the test box and enter the “User name” & “Password”. Here user has to select District.

• There is also a thumb impression on which user has to take his thumb to identify his authentication.

2.2 APPLICATION FORM After logging into the system user will fill application form for search. It contains fields as depicted in the picture. Users will have to fill District, Date of Application, Name of Applicant, Search of Years and Address. After filling all the above fields user will click on “Next” Button. If existing user will want to enter into this page he/she will fill Applicant Id and click on “Search” Button. The validity of Applicant Id is valid for only one month.

After clicking system will display Fee Receipt deposited for Search/Copy/Non-Encumbrance. This page includes search details for a particular user. User can take print of this page by clicking on “Print” Button. On clicking “Continue” Button user will go into next page. 2.3 SEARCH PAGE

Fee Receipt Next Page is “Search By” Page. Users can search by Party Details, Property Details and Deed No.

In “Party wise” search page user can search party details. It contains following fields : Name of Party, Father’s/Husband’s Name, Year of Registration, Deed Type, Party Type. User will fill all the fields and then click on “Search” Button.

In “Deed No wise” search page user can search deed no. details. It contains following fields : Deed No., Year, Deed Type. User will fill all the fields and then click on “Search” Button.

In “Property wise” search page user can search property details. It contains following fields : Anchal Name, Mauja/Thana No.,Year, Khata No., Plot No., Type of Deed. User will fill all the fields and then click on “Search” Button.

2.4 PARTY WISE SEARCH

2.5 PROPERTY WISE SEARCH For example, if user selects “kanke” from Anchal Name in Property Details Form click on “Search” Button, details of the property in kanke anchal will be displayed. This page contains following fields :- Year, DeedNo, Property, District, TypeofDeed, RegisteredAt, VolNo, PFrom, PTo. 2.6 DEED WISE SEARCH

For Example, if user enters “Ram” into Name of Party software will search all Party details whose name started with “Ram”.

For example, if user enters “5725” in Deed No., “1996” in Year and selects “Sale Deed” From Deed Type details of that deed no. will be displayed. This page contains following fields :- Year, DeedNo, Property, District, TypeofDeed, RegisteredAt, VolNo, PFrom, PTo.

All the above search pages contains three buttons – “Details”, “Non-Encumbrance Certificate”, “Certified Copy”.

2.7 SEARCH DETAILS CERTIFICATE On clicking “Details” Button of Party Details, Property Details and Deed No., Search Details of the Applicant (Ram) containing deed no. will be displayed. User can take print of this page by clicking on “Print” Button. 2.8 NON-ENCUMBRANCE CERTIFICATE

By clicking on “Non-Encumbrance” Button of Party Details, Property Details and Deed No. this page will be generated. User can take print out of this page by clicking on “Print” button.

2.9 CERTIFIED COPY DOWNLOAD After selecting any deed no. and then click on “Certified Copy” Button of Party Details, Property Details and Deed No. this page will be displayed. This page shows fee calculation of a particular applicant. User can take print of this page by clicking on “Print” Button.

Fee receipt for “Certified Copy”

After opening the above page “Deed” will be

displayed. User will able to take print of the

“Deed” by clicking on “Print” option in

“File” menu.

When user will click on “Continue

Button” File Download page will be

displayed.
