Hello to our new Year 7 pupils

Welcome to your new school – we can’t wait for you to join us!

Your first day with us in September On your first day I am sure you will feel a little nervous, but try to enjoy the experience and don’t worry. Here are some of the ways you will spend your very first day with us: • You will stay with your Form Teacher and your classmates today, getting to know each other and making friends. There

are around 30 pupils in each of our 7 classes in Year 7.

• You will have lunch and you can either buy food or eat your own packed lunch. Bring a reusable water bottle with you for a drink from our water fountains - we like to do our bit to save the planet!

• You will get the chance to meet some of the teachers who will take your classes this year. They may well just pop in and say hello to you. Our Head Teacher Mr Booth and your Head of Year 7 Miss Muir will also introduce themselves. • We will give you a copy of your timetable and your school planner so bring your pencil case today.
