How do I get set up?
You will need a Portal account.
You will need access to your
email.
Download the Healow app from the App Store or
Google Play Marketplace.
Open the Healow app by tapping
the icon.

Find UsTo login, you need to
designate which Portal you are trying to
access.
You may search by practice and doctor
name but the easiest, recommended method
is to use our practice code, AGEDBA, then
press login to continue.

Use Your Portal Username & Password
Having difficulty? Click here for

Enter the same username and password you
use to access the Portal then login.
Just like the Portal, there are
terms of use. Scroll down to read the whole agreement then press
the orange button to agree and move on.

Create & Confirm a 4 Digit PIN
Where the Portal uses a password, the app is
protected by a personal identification number (PIN). To login in
the
future, you’ll be prompted to enter this 4 digit
number.
You’ll be asked to enter it twice to make sure we have it down
correctly.
