Advice Concerning Head Lice

We have had recent cases of head lice throughout the school. Please check your child’s head for head lice tonight and commence treatment if you find any eggs or lice. A handy tip to prevent the spread of head lice is to spray tea tree oil in your child’s hair or hat.

Further information on head lice is available in English on the NSW Health website and the NSW Department of Education websites at:

http://www.health.nsw.gov.au/headlice/treatment/index.html
