Our team has years’ of experience delivering projects using heaters and dehumidifiers to facilitate the painting and coating of vessels.

While our dehumidifiers can prevent the rusting of a vessel’s surface prior to painting and coating, our heaters can then speed up the drying time.

The 18 kW electric heater has been designed for applications that require a low noise solution. The heavy duty castor wheels make it ideal for commercial use. It can be switched down to suit a range of requirements and most models include an internal thermostat option.

Indirect diesel fired heaters

Aggreko’s Indirect Diesel Fired (IDF) heaters are fully fume-free with no additional moisture. High quality fuel filters provide trouble-free running and all can be run with an external thermostat to save on fuel.

This is the smallest of the IDF range. It is fully fume-free with no additional moisture. Best quality fuel filtering ensures trouble-free running. Its own fuel tank allows for independent use. The heater is dual voltage and can run off 110 and 240 volts.

The 350 kW heater is the largest of the Aggreko heater fleet. This machine has the latest heat controls and frequency slow-start. It can also be switched down to a lesser heat output if required. High flow and low noise make for an excellent all-round heater.

Heat pump chillersAggreko heat pump chillers can be used for both heating and cooling applications, reducing the equipment footprint should both be required.

With the addition of an air handling unit, the heat pumps become efficient space heaters providing fume-free, warm dry air.

The 100 kW refrigeration heat pump can be used if a project has electrical power available and use of open-fire systems is not possible. The heat pump is very energy efficient: for every kW of electrical energy consumed, up to 3 kW of thermal heat can be obtained.

Due to the nature of refrigeration heat pumps, special care must be taken when operating the units at sub-zero ambient temperatures, ask an Aggreko representative for advice.

The 250 kW refrigeration heat pump is ideal for heating applications where electrical power is available, and use of open-fire systems is not possible. The heat pump offers excellent energy efficiency: for every kW of electrical energy used, up to 3 kW of thermal heat can be obtained.

Our smallest air conditioner heat pump has a highly reliable and practical design, specifically for the rental market. The unit is simple and quick to install, with no pumps, pipes, air handlers or water required for comfort heating or cooling. It has a fully automatic operating mode to maintain the required temperature and standard 20” ducting connections designed to fit with Aggreko’s ducting range.

Offering heating, cooling and ventilation from one unit, the ACHP160 air conditioner heat pump is very practical when space is limited. The direct expansion (DX) design allows rapid ‘plug and play’ installation. It has energy efficient compressor units and is ideal where low noise levels are required.

The largest of our air conditioner heat pump range remains compact and practical in design, ideal for projects where space is restricted. Aggreko’s desiccant dehumidifiers are a cost-effective way to reduce the effects of moisture damage. The units are discreet (one unit can dry out very large areas) and do not require background heat for them to work. In-built heater controllers ensure maximum performance is maintained all year round and help keep running costs to a minimum. If your site access is tight, then all units can be placed outside. By using flexible ducting, the air can then be directed into a specific area as required.

Temperature control accessories are available, including a variety of compatible ducting and remote humidistats that easily incorporate into the package.

BoilersAggreko’s oil-fired mobile boilers offer a self-contained, complete hot water package ready for use across a wide range of applications. They are compact and ideal for spaces with a small footprint. A built-in heat exchanger control valve allows them to quickly and accurately operate within a range of fluid temperatures.
