By Tuesday 7th April

Prize draw iPad & retina display

Please return in the enclosed freepost envelope You have been sent this questionnaire by ‘Holme Valley

Education, Arts and Rural Trust’ (HEART).

HEART is a not-for-profit organisation of local people who want to ensure

a viable future for Holmfirth Adult Education Centre.

Our intention is to keep the centre as :

a resource for community learning in the Holme Valley

a base for support services and for local enterprise in particular arts,

craft and heritage

meeting spaces and other facilities required by local people and

businesses.

In order for HEART to provide support for community ventures, it is

important that the building can attract a regular income so that it can be

self-funding. This means finding people and businesses who will want to

use the building, commercially, on a regular basis, as well as it hosting ad

hoc events. We therefore need your help and views in order to see if

developing the building would be advantageous to the community as a

whole.

If other members of your household want to complete the questionnaire,

they can do so on-line through the web site –
