HEARING OF CLAIMS/OBJECTIONS FOR INCLUSION/DELETION OF NAME

IN/FROM THE ELECTORAL ROLL KHADKI CANTONMENT BOARD

As per the Order dated 08 August 2019 of the President, Cantonment Board, Khadki, the undersigned have heard the Claims/Objections of those who appeared before me on 19.08.2019 from 11 am to 2 pm & 3 pm to 5 pm. The proceedings of the Hearing is given below :

A. Ward No.1 – Request for Inclusion of Names. Shri Bharatsingh Mohansingh Thakur (1/26) represented his family comprising of self, wife and two daughters, namely, Amruta Bharatsingh Thakur (1/25), Kajal Bharatsingh Thakur (1/24) & Anjali Bharatsingh Thakur (1/23) claiming to be occupant of House No. 288, Old Bazar, Khadki. He produced Ration Card and Electricity Bill as address proof. The individual also produced Aadhar Cards of self, wife and both the daughters as photo identity. As per the latest document, i.e. Electricity Bill, the claimant is in occupation of House No. 288, OB, Khadki since March 2014, As per the report of Shri Anil.M.Kulkarni, Jr.Engineer, KCB duly countersigned by Shri P.S.Varandani, Cantonment Executive Engineer, KCB, the said House No.288, Old Bazar is an authorized structure (GLR Extract enclosed) and the said individuals are staying in the H.No.288, Old Bazar. Hence, based on the documents and report of the technical staff of the Cantonment Board, all the four names, i.e. Shri Bharatsingh Mohansingh Thakur, Amruta Bharatsingh Thakur, Kajal Bharatsingh Thakur and Anjali Bharatsingh Thakur are recommended to be included in the Electoral Roll. Further, Shri Bharatsingh Mohansingh Thakur came as a representative of Smt.Geetabai Narayan Thakur (1/11), his mother, Shri Narayansingh Mohansingh Thakur (1/12), Smt.Jamunabai Shankarsingh Thakur (1/13), Shri Shankarsingh Mohansingh Thakur (1/14) and Smt.Saraswati Mohansingh Thakur (1/15)claiming to be in occupation of House No. 453/20 Hule Chawl. He produced Ration Card and Aadhar Cards of all the applicants. However, as per the report of Shri Anil M.Kulkarni, Jr.Engineer, KCB duly countersigned by Shri P.S.Varandani, Cantonment Executive Engineer, KCB, the said House No.453/20 Hule Chawl is an unauthorized construction constructed without sanction of the Board. The same is occupied by the claimants. The individual was asked to produce documents showing that the occupants live in an authorized structure which he failed to produce. In view of the Hon’ble Supreme Court Civil Appeal No. 9728-9729 of 2016, “ the Cantonment Board has not been authorized to include the encroachers in the voters list. We are of the opinion that the clear directions in Writ Petition No. 7169 of 2008 would disentitle the persons living in illegally constructed houses from being included in the voters list”. Hence, it is recommended that all the five names as mentioned above may not be included in the Electoral Roll.

Shri Ramsingh Mohansingh Thakur (1/22) represented his family comprising of self , Smt.Hirabai Ramsingh Thakur, wife (1/21), Shri Ganesh Ramsingh Thakur, Son (1/20), Shri Gopal RamsinghThakur,Son 1/18) Shri Kisan Ramsingh Thakur, Son (1/17), Ms.Poonam Ramsingh Thakur, daughter (1/16) and Smt.Jyoti Ganesh Thakur, daughter-in-law (1/19) claiming to be occupant of House No. 453/20, Hule Chawl, Khadki. The claimant produced Ration Card and Aadhar Cards of all the applicants. As per documents produced, it is noticed that Jyoti Ganesh Thakur does not figure in Ration Card and the name in the Aadhar card is reflected as Jyoti Singh, D/o of Deshpat Singh with address of Madhya Pradesh. Hence relation of Smt.Jyoti Ganesh Thakur could not be verified. Also as per the report of Shri Anil M.Kulkarni, Jr.Engineer, KCB duly countersigned by Shri P.S.Varandani, Cantonment Executive Engineer, KCB, the said House No.453/20 Hule Chawl is an unauthorized construction constructed without sanction of the Board. The same is occupied by the claimants. The claimant was asked to produce documents showing that the occupants live in an authorized structure which he failed to produce. In view of the Hon’ble Supreme Court Civil Appeal No. 9728-9729 of 2016, “ the Cantonment Board has not been authorized to include the encroachers in the voters list. Hence, it is recommended that all the seven names as mentioned above may not be included in the Electoral Roll. Shri Mayur Sunil Sawant (1/32) appeared before me representing himself , his wife Smt.Savita Sunil Sawant (1/33) and his two sons, namely, Omkar Sunil Sawant (1/34) and Chetan Sunil Sawant (1/35) claiming to be occupant of H.No.291, Gadiadda, Khadki. He produced Ration Card and Aadhar Cards of all claimants as address proof. The documents were verified and found correct. As per the report of Shri Anil.M.Kulkarni, Jr.Engineer, duly countersigned by Shri P.S.Varandani, Cantonment Executive Engineer, the said House No.291, Gadiadda is an authorized structure. Copy of the GLR Extract ls attached and the said individuals are staying in the said H.No.291, Gadi Adda. Based on the documents and report of the technical staff, KCB, all the four names are recommended to be included in the Electoral Roll. Shri Gurudatta Bapusaheb Sawant (1/38) appeared before me representing himself, his wife Smt.Ujwala Gurudatta Sawant (1/37) and his son Shri Aniket Gurudatta Sawant (1/36) claiming to be occupant of H.No. 291, Gadiadda, Old Bazar. He produced Ration Card and Aadhar Cards of all claimants as address Proof. The documents were verified and found correct. As per the report of Shri Anil.M.Kulkarni, Jr.Engineer, duly countersigned by Shri P.S.Varandani, Cantonment Executive Engineer, the said House No.291, Gadiadda is an authorized structure. Copy of the GLR Extract ls attached and the said individuals are staying in the said H.No.291, Gadi Adda. Based on the documents and report of the technical staff, all three names are recommended to be included in the Electoral Roll.

Smt.Bhosale Seema Kiran (1/31) appeared before me representing herself and Shri Kiran Mahadeo Bhosale, Husband (1/28) & Shri Bhosale Ajinkya Kiran, Son (1/30) claiming to be occupant of H.No. 453/9, Hule Chawl. She produced Ration Card dated 10/4/2008 and Aadhar Cards as address proof. The documents were verified and found correct. As per the report of Shri Anil.M.Kulkarni, Jr.Engineer, duly countersigned by Shri P.S.Varandani, Cantonment Executive Engineer, the said House No.453/9, Hule Chawl is an authorized structure and the said individuals are staying in the said H.No.453/9. Copy of the GLR Extract ls attached. Based on the documents and report of the technical staff, all three names are recommended to be included in the Electoral Roll. Shri Vikas Vilas Hule (1/27) represented his family comprising of self and

Smt.Amruta Vikas Hule, wife (1/29) claiming to be occupant of House No. 294, Gadiadda, Khadki. He produced Ration Card dated 13/01/2009 and Aadhar Cards as address proof. The documents were verified and found correct. As per the report of Shri Anil.M.Kulkarni, Jr.Engineer, duly countersigned by Shri P.S.Varandani, Cantonment Executive Engineer, the said House No.294, Gadiadda, Khadki is an authorized structure and the said individuals are staying in the said H.No.294, Gadiadda. Copy of the GLR Extract ls attached. Based on the documents and report of the technical staff, both the names are recommended to be included in the Electoral Roll.

Sr.No.1 to 2, namely, Shri Amitkumar Shrinath Sawant (1/1) & Shri Yogeeta

Amitkumar Sawant (1/2) did not appear before the undersigned. However, based on the documents enclosed with the Forms , i.e Ration Card dated 06/9/2014 & Aadhar Cards and also based on the report of the technical staff of KCB that House No.OB, 291, Gadiadda is an authorized structure and the said individuals are staying in the said H.No.291, Gadiadda, both the names are recommended to be included in the Electoral Roll.

Sr.No.3 & 4, namely, Shri Shrinath Dnyanoba Sawant (1/3) & Smt.Asha Shrinath

Sawant (1/4) did not appear before the undersigned. During scrutiny of documents attached, it is noticed that the claimants have enclosed only Voters ID as photo identity. Neither Ration Card nor Aadhar Card has been attached to ascertain the present occupancy of H.No. 291, Gadi Adda for the last six months. Since it could not be established that the claimants are resident of House No. OB, 291, Gadi Adda, both the names are recommended not to be included in the Electoral Roll.

Sr,No.1/39), namely, Mahmood Shaikh Hussain claiming to be occupant of

H.No.469/60 Patharkar Chawl, Khadki did not appear before the undersigned. However, documents received with Form-III, i.e copies of two Ration Cards, one issued in the year 2010 with four names and the other one in the year 2012 with two names, having the applicant’s name in the later Ration Card. As per the report of Shri Anil.M.Kulkarni, Jr.Engineer, duly countersigned by Shri P.S.Varandani, Cantonment Executive Engineer, the said House No.469/60, Gadiadda, Khadki is an authorized structure and the said

individual is staying in the said H.No.469/60, Gadiadda. Copy of the GLR Extract ls attached. Based on the documents and report of the technical staff, his name is recommended to be included in the Electoral Roll.

B. Ward No.1 – Objection for deletion of Names Shri Rajesh Vinod Rajput (Pardeshi) – (Sr.No.725 in the Voters List), 301, Gadi

Adda, Khadki had vide his application dated 20/07/2019 ,in the prescribed Form IV, raised objection on inclusion of 33 names on the address House No.301, Gaddi Adda, Khadki in the Electoral Roll. The Objector and all the 33 individuals whose name were included in the Electoral Roll on the address House No.301, Gadi Adda, Khadki were called for Hearing.

Shri Rajesh V.Rajput appeared before the undersigned with a request to delete

the names of all the 33 persons as mentioned in Form IV as they do not stay in 301, Gadi Adda. As documentary evidence, he produced the Tax Bill issued by Khadki Cantonment Board which is in the name of Shri Vinod N.Rajput (Pardeshi). The GLR of the subject property shows that the said House is in the name of (1) Vinod Narayandas Rajput (Pardeshi) & (2) Trilok Narayandas Rajput (Pardeshi).

Smt.Nazma Kaleem Sayyed (1/6) represented her family comprising of herself,

Shri Kaleem Ibrahim Sayyed, husband (1/5) , Ms.Afreen Kaleem Sayyed, daughter (1/7), Shri Ibrahim Kaleem Sayyed, Son (1/8), Shri Farhim Kaleem Sayyed, Son (1/9) & Smt.Ethesham Ibrahim Sayyed, daughter-in-law (1/11) claiming to be occupant of 301, Gadi Adda, Khadki. However, she did not produce any document to substantiate their valid occupancy in the authorized structure of HNo.301, Gadi Adda. She was told to produce documentary evidence to prove that they are staying in the authorized structure by 20th Aug 2019. She submitted her application dated 20/08/2019 along with copy of Aadhar Card & Voters ID in which the address mentioned is 301, Lakkawada, Railway Line, Khadki. Based on the survey report of Shri Anil.M.Kulkarni, Jr.Engineer, duly countersigned by Shri P.S.Varandani, Cantonment Executive Engineer, no persons in the name of Smt.Nazma K.Sayyed and others as mentioned above stay in House No.301, Gadi Adda. They are staying in the adjoining area by encroaching upon the Government land. In view of the Hon’ble Supreme Court Civil Appeal No. 9728-9729 of 2016, “ the Cantonment Board has not been authorized to include the encroachers in the voters list. We are of the opinion that the clear directions in Writ Petition No. 7169 of 2008 would disentitle the persons living in illegally constructed houses from being included in the voters list”. Hence, the names of all six individuals as mentioned above are recommended to be deleted from the Electoral Roll.

Smt.Leelabai B.Misal &Shri Ramesh B.Misal (1/14 & 1/15), Mother & Son, appeared before the undersigned representing themselves and five others from their family, namely, Sharifa Ramesh Misal, wife of Ramesh, (1/16), Rohit Ramesh Misal (1/17), Rahul Ramesh Misal (1/18), Rohan Ramesh Misal (1/19) & Smt. Aishwarya Rohan Misal, wife of Rohan (1/20) claiming to be occupants of House No. 301, Gadi Adda, Khadki. However, they did not produce any documentary evidence to

substantiate their valid occupancy in the authorized structure of H.No.301, Gadi Adda. They were told to produce documentary evidence to prove that they are staying in the authorized structure by 20th Aug 2019. Accordingly, Shri Ramesh B.Misal submitted his application dated 19/08/2019 along with copy of Aadhar Card in which the address mentioned is H.No 26, Surtimohalla, Khadki. Based on the survey report of Shri Anil.M.Kulkarni, Jr.Engineer, duly countersigned by Shri P.S.Varandani, Cantonment Executive Engineer, no persons in the name of Smt.Leelabai B.Misal and others as mentioned above stay in 301, Gadi Adda. They are staying in the adjoining area by encroaching upon the Government land. In view of the Hon’ble Supreme Court Civil Appeal No. 9728-9729 of 2016, “ the Cantonment Board has not been authorized to include the encroachers in the voters list. We are of the opinion that the clear directions in Writ Petition No. 7169 of 2008 would disentitle the persons living in illegally constructed houses from being included in the voters list”. Hence, the names of all seven individuals as mentioned above are recommended to be deleted from the Electoral Roll. Smt.Indu BabuQureshi (1/21) appeared before the undersigned representing herself and her family comprising of Shri Salim Babu Qureshi, Son (1/22) and Atih Salim Qureshi, Grandson (1/23) claiming to be occupants of House No. 301, Gadi Adda, Khadki. However, she did not produce any documentary evidence to substantiate their valid occupancy in the authorized structure of H.No.301, Gadi adda. She was told to produce documentary evidence to prove that they are staying in the authorized structure by 20th Aug 2019. Accordingly, she submitted application dated 20/08/2019 along with Aadhar Cards and Ration Card in which the address mentioned is Lakkawada Railway Line, Khadki. Based on the survey report of Shri Anil.M.Kulkarni, Jr.Engineer, duly countersigned by Shri P.S.Varandani, Cantonment Executive Engineer, no persons in the name of Indu Babu Qureshi and others as mentioned above stay in H.No. 301, Gadi Adda. They are staying in the adjoining area by encroaching upon the Government land. In view of the Hon’ble Supreme Court Civil Appeal No. 9728-9729 of 2016, “ the Cantonment Board has not been authorized to include the encroachers in the voters list. We are of the opinion that the clear directions in Writ Petition No. 7169 of 2008 would disentitle the persons living in illegally constructed houses from being included in the voters list”. Hence, the names of all three individuals as mentioned above are recommended to be deleted from the Electoral Roll. Smt.Sajeda Dawood Khan (1/24) represented her family comprising of herself, Shri Sameer Dawood Khan, son (1/25) & Smt.Tasleem Sameer Khan, daughter-in-law (1/26) claiming to be occupant of 301, Gadi Adda, Khadki. She did not produce any document evidence to prove that they are staying in the authorized structure by 20 th Aug 2019. Accordingly, Smt.Sajeeda Khan submitted application dated 19/08/2019 along with copy of Aadhar card, Voters ID and Electricity Bill in which the address mentioned is Lakkawada Khadki in Electricity Bill and 301, Gadiadda,OB in Aadhar Card. Based on the survey report of Shri Anil.M.Kulkarni, Jr.Engineer, duly countersigned by Shri P.S.Varandani, Cantonment Executive Engineer, no persons in the name of Sajeda Dawood Khan and others as mentioned above stay in the authorized structure of H.No.301, Gadi Adda. They are staying in the adjoining area by

encroaching upon the Government land. In view of the Hon’ble Supreme Court Civil Appeal No. 9728-9729 of 2016, “ the Cantonment Board has not been authorized to include the encroachers in the voters list. We are of the opinion that the clear directions in Writ Petition No. 7169 of 2008 would disentitle the persons living in illegally constructed houses from being included in the voters list”. Hence, the names of all three individuals as mentioned above are recommended to be deleted from the Electoral Roll.

Sr.No.1 to 4, Sr. 12 & 13 and Sr.No.27 to 33, namely, Shri Yeshwant Shivaji Devkule (1/1), Smt.Sonali Yeshwant Devkule (1/2), Shri Santosh Ganpat Sathe (1/3), Smt.Rupa Santosh Sathe (1/4), Smt.Sunanda Sunil Vale (1/12), Shri Sunil Ulhas Vale (1/13), Smt.Salini P.Tembhukar (1/27), Shri Sanjay Tipamma Jadhav (1/28), Smt.Jayshree Sanjiv Jadhav (1/29), Shri Dananjay Rama Marathe (1/30, Smt.Kavita Dhananjay Marathe 1/31), Shri Lala M Chadaliya (1/32) & Smt.Rekha Lala Chadaliya did not appear before the undersigned nor any documents were produced on their behalf. However based on the survey report of Shri Anil.M.Kulkarni, Jr.Engineer, duly countersigned by Shri P.S.Varandani, Cantonment Executive Engineer, no persons in the names as mentioned above stay in the authorized structure of H.No.301, Gadi Adda. They are staying in the adjoining area by encroaching upon the Government land. In view of the Hon’ble Supreme Court Civil Appeal No. 9728-9729 of 2016, “ the Cantonment Board has not been authorized to include the encroachers in the voters list. We are of the opinion that the clear directions in Writ Petition No. 7169 of 2008 would disentitle the persons living in illegally constructed houses from being included in the voters list”. Hence, all the names as mentioned above are recommended to be deleted from the Electoral Roll.

C. Ward No.2 – Request for Inclusion of Names

Smt.Sharda Prakash Kamble (2/40), Shri Prakash Bhaguji Kamble (2/41) & Shri

Rahul Prakash Kamble ( 2/42)) appeared before me , claiming to be occupant of H.No.43, Old Bazar, Khadki. They produced Ration Card dated 03/6/1997 and Aadhar Cards of all claimants as address proof. The documents were verified and found correct. As per the report of Shri Anil.M.Kulkarni, Jr.Engineer, duly countersigned by Shri P.S.Varandani, Cantonment Executive Engineer, the said House No.43, Old Bazar, Khadki is an authorized structure and the said individuals are staying in the said H.No.43, Old bazar. Copy of the GLR Extract ls attached. Based on the documents and report of the technical staff, all three names are recommended to be included in the Electoral Roll.

Sr.No. 5 to 10, namely, Smt.Pushpa Suresh Agarwal (2/5), Shri Rupesh Suresh Agarwal (2/6), Smt.Shilpa R.Agarwal (2/7), Shri Nilesh S.Agarwal (2/8), Smt.Sarika Nilesh Agarwal (2/9), Smt.Anushka R.Agarwal (2/10) did not appear before the undersigned. However, based on the documents enclosed with the Forms, i.e Ration Cards and Aadhar Cards and based on the report of Shri Anil M.Kulkarni, Jr.Engineer, duly countersigned by Shri P.S.Varandani, Cantonment Executive Engineer that House

No.38, New Bazar is an authorized structure and the said individuals are staying in the said H.No.38, New Bazar (GLR Extract is enclosed), all the six names as mentioned above are recommended to be included in the Electoral Roll.

Sr.No.43-44 & Sr.No. 47 & 48, namely, Smt.Pooja Dharmendra Shah (2/43),

Smt.Jaini Dharmendra Shah (2/44), Smt.Bhavya Pareshkumar Mehta (2/47) and Smt.Dhruvi Sanjay Shah (2/48) did not appear before the undersigned. However, based on the documents enclosed with the Forms, i.e Ration Cards and Aadhar Cards and based on the report of Shri Anil M.Kulkarni, Jr.Engineer, duly countersigned by Shri P.S.Varandani, Cantonment Executive Engineer that House No.487, Old Bazar is an authorized structure (GLR Extract is enclosed), both the names as mentioned above are recommended to be included in the Electoral Roll.

Sr.No.45, namely, Shri Parshva Udaykumar Mehta (2/45), did not appear before

the undersigned. However, based on the documents enclosed with the Form, i.e Ration Card and Aadhar Card and based on the report of Shri Anil M.Kulkarni, Jr.Engineer, duly countersigned by Shri P.S.Varandani, Cantonment Executive Engineer that House No.504 Old Bazar is an authorized structure, his name is recommended to be included in the Electoral Roll.

Sr.No. 46, namely Shri Manish Kumar Basu (2/46) did not appear before the undersigned. However, based on the documents enclosed with the Form, i.e Ration Card and Aadhar Card and based on the report of Shri Anil M.Kulkarni, Jr.Engineer, duly countersigned by Shri P.S.Varandani, Cantonment Executive Engineer that House No.516 Old Bazar is an authorized structure, his name is recommended to be included in the Electoral Roll.

D. Ward No.2 – Objection to particular entry (Form IV-A) Shri Kamlesh Sharad Chaskar (Form No.1833) appeared before the undersigned stating that the entry relating to his own self and his wife Smt.Snehal Kamlesh Chaskar which appears at Sr.No. 1833 & 1834 in Ward No.2 of the Electoral Roll as 36, New Bazar be corrected as 319, Depot Line, Khadki. As documentary evidence, he submitted the Ration Card with changed address and Rent Agreement executed on 06 Sept 2018 for a period from 01/09/2018 to 31/08/2020 . Aadhar Cards and PAN Cards were produced as Photo ID. Verified the Documents and based on the documents submitted by Shri Kamlesh Chaskar, both the names, i.e. Shri Kamlesh Sharad Chaskar and Smt.Snehal Kamlesh Chaskar is recommended to be deleted from 36, New Bazar and to be included at H.No. 319, Depot Line, Khadki.

E. Ward No.3 – Request for Inclusion of Names Shri Shivaji Dattatray Pawar (3/1) appeared before the undersigned claiming that he is the occupant of House No. 412, Old Bazar, Gawaliwada. The individual produced Voters ID and Identity Card of Occupation as Jr.Clerk in Alegaonkar High School. As per the report of Shri Anil.M.Kulkarni, Jr.Engineer, duly countersigned by Shri P.S.Varandani, Cantonment Executive Engineer, the said House No.412, Old Bazar, Khadki is an authorized structure. Copy of the GLR Extract is attached. However, as the individual neither produced the Ration Card nor Aadhar Card as address proof and as the documents produced does not have dates to establish the occupants residence at H.No.412, OB,Khadki for last six months, his name may not be included in the Electoral Roll.

Shri Vaibhav Shivaji Pawar (3/3) appeared before the undersigned representing himself and his family members, namely, Sayali Shivaji Pawar, daughter (3/2), Vrushali Shivaji Pawar, daughter (3/4), Nisha Shivaji Pawar, wife (3/5), Maya Dnyaneshwar Pawar, Sister-in-law (3/6), Dnyaneshwar Dattatraya Pawar, Uncle (3/7) & Kamal Datatraya Pawar, Grandmother (3/8) claiming to be the occupants of House No. 412, Gawaliwada, Khadki. He produced his Aadhar Card without date of issue, Voters ID Card dated 6/4/2019 which could not establish his place of stay at H.No.412, Gawaliwada for the last six months and as he failed to produce Ration Card or any other documents to establish his stay at H.No.412, Gawaliwada for the last six months, hence his name is recommended not to be included in the Electoral Roll.

The documents produced in respect of Sayali Shivaji Pawar (3/2) are College ID

for the academic year 2014-15 with date of issue as 17 July 2014 and Voters ID dated 03/4/2019 with a different address, i.e 66, Gawaliwada and not H.No.412, Gawaliwada which was reflected in the College ID. Also Aadhar Card produced also reflected 66 Gawaliwada. Therefore, residence of H.No.412, Gawaliwada could not be established. Hence her name is recommended not to be included in the Electoral Roll.

Documents produced in respect of Vrushali Shivaji Pawar (3/4) is Voters ID with a different address than what is mentioned in the Form and PAN Card does not reflect any address. Therefore residence of H.No.412, Gawaliwada could not be established. Hence her name is recommended not to be included in the Electoral Roll.

Documents produced in respect of Nisha Shivaji Pawar (3/5) is Voters ID Card dated 08/01/1995 as address proof and PAN card as Photo ID. As the individual is resident of H.No.412, Gawaliwada, an authorized construction as per the report of Shri Anil M.Kulkarni, Jr.Engineer, duly countersigned by Shri P.S.Varandani, Cantonment Executive Engineer, and therefore recommended to be included in the Electoral Roll.

Documents produced in respect of Maya Dnyaneshwar Pawar (3/6) is Aadhar Card with address of H.No.412, OB without date of issue and PAN Card as Photo ID. Documents produced in respect of Dnyaneshwar Dattatraya Pawar (3/7) is Aadhar Card with address of H.No.412, OB without date of issue and PAN Card as Photo ID. Aadhar Card and PAN Card could not establish her residence at H.No.412, OB for the last six months which is mandatory for inclusion of name in the Electoral Roll. As Ration Card in respect of the applicant nor any other documents was produced to establish his stay at H.No. 412, Gawaliwada for the last six months, hence his name is recommended not to be included in the Electoral Roll. Documents in respect of Kamal Dattatraya Pawar (3/8) is Aadhar Card without date of issue and Voters ID dated 09/05/2008 reflecting address of H.No.412, Gawaliwada. In view of the documents of the individual certifying the address and one document with date of issue of more than six months, her name is recommended to be included in the Electoral Roll.

Shri Manik M.Pangudwale (3/11) appeared before the undersigned representing himself and his wife Smt. Chandrakala Manik Pangudwale (3/12) claiming to be the occupant of 94, Old Bazar, Khadki. He produced Ration Card dated 06/06/2009 and Aadhar Cards as documentary evidence for address proof. Documents were verified with originals produced and based on the report of Shri Anil.M.Kulkarni ,Jr.Engineer, duly countersigned by Shri P.S.Varandani, Cantonment Executive Engineer that the said House No.94, Old Bazar, Khadki is an authorized structure, copy of the GLR Extract is attached, both the names are recommended to be included in the Electoral Roll. Shri Kailash D.Pahilwan (3/13) appeared before the undersigned along with his wife Smt.Vaishali Kailash Pahilwan (3/14) representing themselves and their Son Shri Chetan Kailash Pahilwan (3/15) claiming to be the occupants of House No. 94, Old Bazar, Khadki. They produced Ration Card & Aadhar Cards as documentary evidence. Verified the document and based on the report of Shri Anil.M.Kulkarni ,Jr.Engineer, duly countersigned by Shri P.S.Varandani, Cantonment Executive Engineer that the said House No.94, Old Bazar, Khadki is an authorized structure (Copy of the GLR Extract attached), all three names are recommended to be included in the Electoral Roll.

Shri Kiran Shankar Pahilwan (3/16) appeared before the representing himself and his wife Smt.Rachana Kiran Pahilwan (3/17) claiming to be the occupants of House No. 94, Old Bazar, Khadki. They produced Ration Card & Aadhar Cards as documentary evidence. Verified the document and based on the report of Shri Anil.M.Kulkarni ,Jr.Engineer, duly countersigned by Shri P.S.Varandani, Cantonment Executive Engineer that the said House No.94, Old Bazar, Khadki is an authorized structure (Copy of the GLR Extract attached), both the names are recommended to be included in the Electoral Roll. Shri Iliyas Mainuddin Patel (3/21) appeared before the undersigned representing himself and his wife Smt.Salma Iliyas Patel (3/20), Smt Rziya Mainoddin Patel, mother (3/22) and Shri Meheboob Mainoddin Patel, father (3/23) claiming to be the occupants of TS-01. He produced Ration Card and Aadhar Card of each individual along with a Xerox copy of letter dated 20/07/2019 written by one Shri Musa Mehraj Pasha Jahagirdhar and Property Tax Bill for the year 2019-20 in respect of H.No.01-TS in the name of Shri Musa Jahagirdhar. As the Holder of Occupancy Rights was not present for Hearing, an Affidavit regarding stay of above mentioned persons for the last six months could not be asked nor established. On verification of documents produced, it is noticed that the address mentioned in the Ration Card and Aadhar Card are different and not as TS-1. And based on the report of Shri Anil.M.Kulkarni, Jr.Engineer, duly countersigned by Shri P.S.Varandani, Cantonment Executive Engineer, TS-1 is an authorized structure but the individuals do not stay at H.No.TS-1 (GLR Extract is enclosed). Since the claimants claiming to be the residence of TS-1 does not stay in the said property, hence all the four names are recommended not to be included in the Electoral Roll.

Sr.No. 9 to 10, namely, Smt.Roshani Rajendra Agarwal (3/9) & Shri Atul Rajendra Agarwal (3/10) did not appear before the undersigned. However, based on the documents enclosed with the Forms , i.e Ration Card and Aadhar Cards and based on the report of Shri Anil M.Kulkarni, Jr.Engineer, duly countersigned by Shri P.S.Varandani, Cantonment Executive Engineer that House No.94, Old Bazar, Gawaliwada is an authorized structure and the said individuals are staying in the said H.No.94, Old Bazar (GLR Extract is enclosed), both the names are recommended to be included in the Electoral Roll.

Sr.No. 18, namely, Shri Madan Dagdu Gade (3/18) did not appear before the undersigned. However, based on the documents enclosed with the Forms , i.e Ration Card and Aadhar Card and based on the report of Shri Anil M.Kulkarni, Jr.Engineer, duly countersigned by Shri P.S.Varandani, Cantonment Executive Engineer that House No.501, Gawaliwada is an authorized structure and the said individual is staying in the said H.No.501, Gawaliwada (GLR Extract is enclosed), his name is recommended to be included in the Electoral Roll.

F. Ward No.4 – Request for Inclusion of Names

Sr.No. 1 to 3 , namely, Shri Amit Shantilal Joshi (4/1), Smt.Jagruti Amit Joshi (4/2) and Smt.Nirmala Shantilal Sonpal (4/3) did not appear before the undersigned. On verification of the documents attached with the forms, i.e. Ration card and Aadhar Cards of all the three individuals, the address mentioned in the said documents is 34, Duncan Road However, based on the report of Shri S.K.Birnale, Jr.Engineer, duly countersigned by the CEE Shri P.S.Varandani that the above individuals does not stay in the authorized premises of Bungalow No.34, Duncan Road but residing in the adjoining area illegally constructed. Hence all three names are recommended not to be included in the Electoral Roll.

G. Ward No.6 – Request for Inclusion of Names

Shri Akkishetty Malakondaiah (6/8) appeared before the undersigned representing himself and his wife Smt.Vijayamma Malakondaiah Akkishetty (6/7) and Master Mahesh Akkishetty Malakondaiah, Son (6/6) claiming to be occupant of 17/3 ‘B’ Type, Range Hills He produced the Allotment letter issued by the Garrison Engineer dated 20 April 2017 and Aadhar Cards & PAN Cards as Photo ID. Verified the document and it is noticed that the year of Birth of Master Mahesh Akkishetty Malakondaiah is 2002 (17 years) . Since he is minor, his name cannot be included in the Electoral Roll this time. Hence his name is recommended to be rejected. Based on the documents produced on behalf of Shri Akkishetty Malakondaiah and Smt.Vijaya Malakondaiah Akkishetty , both the names are recommended to be included in the Electoral Roll. Shri Kesa P Sreekanth (6/15) appeared before the undersigned representing himself and his wife Smt. Kesa P.Aswani (6/16) claiming to be occupants of 18/1 ‘P’ Type-I Quarter Range Hills.
