700 Club Services The 700 Club works with those who are homeless or in housing need. We offer: • Supported Hostel Accommodation for Individuals and Couples

Aged 18+, in which clients stay for up to a year and work towards stability and independence

 • Floating Support for those aged 16+ with substance misuse

problems. Clients are supported to sustain a tenancy as the foundation for addressing other needs.

 • Bridge2Home, a Bond Guarantee Scheme that facilitates the

movement of the financially excluded into the private rented sector.  • The Lodge, a facility modelled on a B & B, that offers very short term

accommodation to those who have nowhere else and then directs them into the appropriate service.
