by number of servings Adequate portion sizes can be determined through documentation provided Amount of food offered/served and leftovers are clearly stated Menus must indicate actual food served; indicate menu changes List all foods in proper category, (meats, vegetables, breads, fruits, milk varieties, etc.) Indicate foods served for breakfast or lunch Slide 28 Required for All Award Levels Additional Documentation Breakfast and lunch menus for two consecutive weeks consisting of five days per week Standardized recipes for combination foods, manufacturers documentation for whole-grain
