INCENTIVE PROgRAmS

BACK, KNEE, AND HIP SURgERY

If you or your eligible dependents, enrolled in a Princeton medical plan, are diagnosed with a condition requiring surgery of the back, hip, or knee, you may contact Best Doctors for a second opinion and full assessment of treatment options prior to surgery. In utilizing this service, you will receive a $400 taxable cash incentive, regardless of your final decision about the treatment of your condition.

DIABETES mANAgEmENT INCENTIVE PROgRAm

If you or your dependents, enrolled in a Princeton medical plan, are being treated for diabetes or pre-diabetes, you will receive a $250 taxable cash incentive plus certain medications and supplies at no cost, if you participate in the Diabetes Management Incentive Program through My Health Coach.
