We wish you a safe and responsible return to travels. In Ilirija d.d., we take care of the health and safety of our guests, employees and the environment in which we operate. We have further improved the already high standards of hygiene and cleanliness and taken the necessary steps in order to enhance hygiene and sanitary conditions to ensure a safe and healthy stay in our hotels, camp, marina, as well as in our restau-rants and bars. Our staff has undergone appropriate training and is aware of the need to implement hygienic measures on a daily basis. When choosing disinfectants, we choose the prod-ucts that meet regulations and successfully reduce micro-organisms.

In an effort to continuously take care of our guests and provide them with a unique experience of staying in our accommodation facilities, Ilirija d.d. will continue to implement health and safety measures in line with the recommendations of the World Health Organiza-tion and following the protocols of the World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC) on safe travel.Before travelling, we recommend that you check the travel advice of the government and the World Health Organization website to find the latest information on destinations and permitted travels from each country. wttc.org

• By entering the room / mobile home, we guarantee our guests that the room / mobile home is com-pletely cleaned, disinfected, ventilated and that all hygiene standards of the World Health Organiza-tion are met. In addition, all contact surfaces and rooms are disinfected, remote controls (TV) are pro-tected, the room is regularly ventilated, and toilets are disinfected daily.

• we guarantee the same by sealing the room / mo-bile home with the “disinfected” sticker that you open first.

• Cards and bracelets required to enter the room and swimming pools and loyalty cards are issued to guests upon arrival, and they are returned to the re-ception upon departure from the hotel. Used cards / bracelets are disinfected and put back into use.

• The keys required to enter the mobile home, brace-lets for using the toilet and a loyalty card are issued to guests upon arrival, and they are returned to the reception upon departure from the camp. Used keys, cards or bracelets are disinfected and put back into use.

• We offer the possibility of an alternative arrange-ment for cleaning the room and changing bed linen and towels. This is available by appointment and pri-or notice at the reception (in person, by phone or via chat option). The frequency and manner of delivery of consumables and clean towels and bed linen can be agreed.

• Food delivery to the plot / mobile home is possible (valid for a’la carte orders from restaurants or fast-food facilities of Ilirija d.d. list of which is in each room).

• Removed all printed material from the hotel room / mobile home (available at the request of the guest) and provided access to all information and addi-tional services via QR code located in each room / mobile home, through which the guest can view the offer and order room services or book additional services from the comfort of his room, via his mobile phone, such as food delivery, wellness treatments, excursions, restaurant reservations, laundry, etc.).

• Terms of use are adjusted to the maximum number of users according to epidemiological measures.

• The SPA zone and fitness room are closed and open with a card that clients receive immediately before the appointment, at the Salvia wellness reception on the ground floor of the Ilirija Hotel.

• A bathrobe, towel and disposable slippers, together with an entrance card, are available to guests before their appointment at the Salvia wellness Reception on the ground floor of the Ilirija Hotel.

• SPA zone and fitness hall can be used only in the period you have booked in advance, for a maximum of 90 min

• The staff must wear protective equipment (mask, gloves) when working

• Mandatory use of disposable slippers

• Disinfection points at the entrance to the wellness and fitness hall, available wipes for disinfection of fitness equipment

• Deckchairs set at the prescribed distance

In some cases, the use of the SPA zone may be limited. We advise prior consultation with the wellness staff who will guide you in the proper use tailored to your needs.
