MEET the TEAM Maintaining strong ties to our members and the community at large is essential to living the Passport Health Plan mission. Our community engagement team works side-by-side with you to reach out to groups and organizations, forging relationships, raising awareness, and educating Passport members about how to get the most from their plan benefits. Our health educators use interactive presentations and health manipulatives (props that provide a visual learning experience) to help educate our members and the public on a variety of health topics like condition management, nutrition, exercise, sleep, e-cigarette/vaping, tobacco cessation, QPR suicide gatekeeper training, life skills, bullying prevention, substance use, and behavioral health.
