SYNOPSIS_____________________________________________________
Problem Definition : Gas agency System is basically meant for the head of the departments in order to keep
track of the bookings and payment. Employees can access the system with some
restricted rights.
In this system I have created three types of access levels namely level 1, level 2. Level
1 employee’s access is meant only for the entire database access. Level 2 employees
access is meant for middle level employees of the department that can perform
accounting.
This system is designed to reduce wastage of time and maintain information efficiently
there by reducing a lot of paper work.
Such systems form an essential part in creating an efficient working atmosphere in the
company.
Methodology :
Waterfall Model is the simplest model with each phase having a
well defined starting and ending point, with identifiable
deliveries to the next phase. Waterfall model is being used in my
project
It is described in detail in next chapter.
