Preventive services include wellness examinations and diagnostic tests such as cancer screening.
Eligible screenings include, but not limited to:• Annual physical exam• Annual gynecological exam• Cervical cancer screening (annual pap smear)• Basic metabolic panel (blood tests)• Colonoscopy• Mammogram
