New programmeDeveloped from inter-agency discussions and evidence:

– Addresses stated health needs of young people, families and schools

– Takes account of priorities within Single Outcome Agreement and CHP plan (HEAT targets etc) (workforce planning)

– Based on GIRFEC principles / inclusive of disability– Seeks to address causes rather than symptoms – Integrated approach –developing core team/wider circles of

influence– Child and Family at the Centre /early interventions– Sustainability is key
