WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR MY APOINTMENT?
Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow yourself time to check in, change and
familiarize yourself with our facility. We recommend that you shower and begin
to relax by, utilizing the steam room and art deco shower before your treatment.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
Robes and towels are provided by the spa. So all is provided.
CAN I ASK THE THERAPIST TO ADJUST CERTAIN THINGS TO INCREASE MY
COMFORT?
Definitely. It is your time and you should enjoy the experience to the fullest. For
example, ask for the massage pressure to be adjusted, or for your favourite aroma
blend or only using grape seed oil instead, adjusting the bed and pillows for
complete comfort. Some treatments may be adjusted for comfort and suitability for
the super-mommy to be.
WHAT IF I HAVE SPECIAL HEALTH CONSIDERATIONS?
That is a very important matter. Please inform your therapist of any health conditions
for example, Pregnancy, Diabetes, high blood pressure, epilepsy, chronic
medications etc.
DO YOU HAVE TREATMENTS FOR BOTH MEN AND WOMEN?
Healing Earth Retreat caters for both men and women and there are various
treatments available on our retreat menu specifically designed to benefit both.
WHAT IF I AM LATE OR WANT TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?
Kindly arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment for a consultation and a relaxing
shower / steam bath. 2 Hours advance notice is required for cancellation, after which
50% of the treatments will be charged. We will however assist in rescheduling your
appointments where
possible. In case of late arrivals, treatment duration will be reduced accordingly,
unless accommodation can be made within the spa schedule.

From the airport at the exit turn right into Alistair Miller Drive, continue along
