‘I’ve always had an insatiable appetite for sport, so when I no longer played cricket for a living, I found myself on the golf course.

The serious side to this is that your skin takes a hammering in the sun without the right protective gear. I had to find a more stylish alternative to the practical but bulky cricket floppy and the peak cap which offers no protection to the ears and the neck.

I designed a peak type hat that provided a smaller rim as well as having UV protection. It looks great, is light and waterproof. It allows you to move your head without feeling restricted and not causing headaches……’
