Utility Products Conference & Exposition 2012 Post Show reportThe fourth annual Utility Products Conference & Exposition, held in San Antonio, Texas, Jan. 24-26, provided attendees and exhibitors

the opportunity to increase product knowledge in the conference sessions and on the exhibit floor. Utility Products Conference &

Exposition was co-located with DistribuTECH. All attendees had access to both exhibit floors.

Event Highlights:

• More than 350 attendees from 9 countries

• 100% of attendees said the quality of exhibitors met or exceeded their expectations

7.6% higher than Utility Products Conference & Exposition 2011

• 100% of attendees favorably compared the quality of exhibitors over other industry events

• 92% of attendees said visiting the exhibit floor is important or very important in relation to their job

• 57% of attendees arranged to do business with one or more supplier on the exhibit floor

7% higher than Utility Products Conference & Exposition 2011

• 70% of exhibitors said the quality of attendees met or exceeded their expectations

• 86% of attendees are involved in purchasing decisions

Electric Power Research Institute offered two pre-courses on qualifying employees to work near high voltage substation equipment

and high voltage substation grounding and bonding on Monday, Jan. 23, 2012, before the event.
