We’re living in the age of the consumer – and today’s digitalized B2B companies are discovering that success is dictated by their customer’s expectations for a stimulating shopping experience on one hand, and the need to increase e� ciency on the other. This triggers a number of additional technical challenges – because digitalization isn’t easy.
