To borrow the words from an old song, “On a clear day you can see forever,” this property in Nutfield has views that really do

stretch for kilometres.True, you may not be able to see

forever, but the panoramic views of the 10.52 hectare property take in a patchwork of lush green grazing land and paddocks and extend to the blue-grey haze of the distant ranges, including Mount Sugarloaf.

Yet this property is only half an hour from Eltham and close to Hurstbridge.

A long driveway with electronically controlled gates leads up the hill, through another gate to the flat area of land and large circular parking zone beside the house.

Built about six years ago on the highest point of the land, the house is oriented to capture the winter sun and has grand views from almost every angle. It is set on a wide, green apron of manicured lawn and garden with rolling hills and paddocks beyond the fence line.
