Lead Generation & Lead Growth of all retail asset products. To focus on ensuring growth of LG thus facilitating higher LC (unit of loans) in addition to value. To ensure every staff in branch generates leads by daily approaching them for same Ensuring that all leads are entered into the system by Self, BDRs and Branch Staff. Ensuring follow up and closure of leads through product BDRs & Sales Managers. Maintaining Asset Desk visibility in branch w.r.t. merchandising etc Close interaction with Branch Staff (PB, RM, and Branch Manager) and SMs of 9 Retail Asset Products. Ensure that all branch officers and BDRs get trained with help of product teams. Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders Coordinating with Branch Staff (PBs, RMs & Branch Manager), Retail Assets SMs, ASMs, RSMs, ZSMs, NSMs of 9 Retail Asset Products and ADM Product team. Interaction with Branch customers & Walk ins. Eligibility Age: Less than 28 years. MBA/PGDM/CA with 0-2 years work experience. Minimum 50% marks in 10th, 12th, graduation and post-graduation. CTC Details CTC is as per bank policy, basis b-school/institute and experience. Details will be provided during interview. Locations: Current openings are in the following regions: Pan India.

Key Responsibilities
